Heard Sri Chandra Bhanu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State.

2.Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that the statement of the mother of petitioner no.1 has been recorded in which she has stated that petitioner no.1 has been allured by the petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.1 has children who are with his father, which has been strongly disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners as he submits that the children are with petitioner no.1, however, he submits that this this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move afresh writ petition. To which there is no objection by the other side.

In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
