This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 3 to take immediate action for conducting fair, impartial and speedy investigation in respect of FIR dated 18.10.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 0416 of 2025 under Sections 190/191(2)/191(3)/115(2)/352/351(3)/333/74/76/109(1) BNS of 2023 and 27/30 of Arms Act, at Police Station-Fatehpur Chaurasi District Unnao and to transfer the investigation of said case crime to any other police station of same district.

The contention is that despite the FIR being lodged on 18.10.2025, authorities have not proceeded further in the matter.

This Court vide order dated 8.1.2026 had directed the learned AGA to file the personal affidavit of the Station House Officer indicating the progress made in the matter.

In pursuance thereof, personal affidavit of the Station House Officer filed by learned AGA today is taken on record.
