The instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 05.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Balrampur in S.T. No. 39 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 50 of 2022 whereby the appellant and co-accused have been convicted for the charge under Sections 304-B ,498-A IPC and 3/4 of the D.P. Act and sentenced to 10 years R.I. as major sentence.
