This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant- Ketan Patel, with the prayer to allow the appeal by setting aside the impugned order dated 03.04.2026 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Jhansi in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 442 of 2026 (Ketan Patel Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of Case Crime No. 101 of 2026, under Section 64 B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the prayer in the present appeal is defective and the same be dismissed as not pressed as he shall be filing a better petition.
