Shri Anjani Kumar Sinha, Advocate has appeared and has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent/informant. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that parties have amicably settled their matter and have filed compromise dated 29.8.2024 before the learned trial court, which has been duly verified by the concerned court on 21.1.2025.

Copy of the said compromise is on record at page no.63 and its verification order is at page no.67 of the memo of appeal.

Under such circumstance, a report be called from the concerned trial court, which shall submit its report as to whether it has verified the compromise on 21.1.2025 or not. The concerned trial court shall submit its report on or before the next date fixed.

Put up this case as fresh on 16.3.2026.
