Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, Sri Suresh Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel appears for U.P. Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).

The instant review application has been filed to recall the order dated 19.12.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has submitted that there is an error apparent on the face of record and has relied upon the reports attached in the writ petition. Upon perusal of the same, it is of the considered opinion that the review application is bound to be allowed and is hereby allowed.

The order dated 19.12.2025 is recalled.

Issue notice to respondent no.5 returnable within three weeks. Steps be taken within a week.

All the respondents are accorded three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Appellant-petitioner shall have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
