The writ Court while granting interim order on 16.12.2024 had required the opposite party to permit the applicant to continue as Assistant Teacher in primary section. Further, the direction was to the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia to pay the salary to the applicant.

Today, an affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the opposite party which is taken on record.

From perusal of the said affidavit, it transpires that some order has been passed on 26.02.2026 directing for payment of salary to the applicant.

This Court finds that the order is only an eyewash and more than a year having been elapsed, but the payment has not been made to the applicant.

As a last opportunity, three weeks' time is granted to opposite parties no.1 and 2 to comply the order of the writ Court in true spirit.

List this matter on 06.04.2026.

In case, by that date, the order of the writ Court is not complied, both the opposite parties i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ballia and Finance and Accounts Officer shall remain present before this Court for framing of charge.
