Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that while deciding the representation of the applicant by passing the order dated 16.03.2026, the respondent has not considered the representation of the applicant in the light of para 5(IV) of the Government Order dated 06.02.2025, hence, it cannot be said that judgment and order of the Writ Court has been complied with.

At this stage, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time for filing further compliance affidavit failing which the respondent no. 1 shall appear in person before this Court.
