Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that on 17.02.2026, on the same ground, the adjournment was sought i.e. non availability of Sri R.K. Singh Raizada, learned Senior Advocate and on the ground of non availability of learned Senior Advocate, the matter could not be adjourned and the Court has already accommodated him earlier. This Court by its order dated 13.09.2024 has already granted time for filing compliance affidavit, but till date, no compliance affidavit has been filed.

On the request of learned counsel for the respondent, list this case in the next week, as last opportunity. On the next date of listing, the matter will not be adjourned on any ground, whatsoever.

In the meantime, the respondent may file compliance affidavit failing which he shall appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing.
