Affidavit of compliance filed today after providing copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record.

Shri Nitin Mathur, learned State Counsel based upon the affidavit of compliance stated that order of the writ court has been complied with by deciding the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 06.05.2026, annexed as Annexure No.CA-1 to the compliance affidavit and the instant petition has now become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous.

Considering the aforesaid statement and the affidavit of compliance, this Court finds that nothing survives in the petition and it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the instant application/petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners/applicants to approach the appropriate Forum/Court, if they are so aggrieved by it.
