The affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Dwijendra Mishra, Advocate, who appeared for the opposite party/contemnor, in the Court today is taken on record.

Based upon the aforesaid affidavit, it is stated by Sri Dwijendra Mishra, Advocate, who appeared for the opposite party/contemnor, that in terms of the order of Writ Court dated 28.07.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 8217 of 2025 the actual payment would be made in the account of the applicant within a period of eight weeks and therefore the instant contempt application/petition is liable to be dismissed granting liberty to the applicant to revive it if the amount is not credited in the account of the applicant within the said period.

Taking note of the aforesaid statement, the instant contempt application/petition stands dismissed . It is however with liberty to the applicant to revive the instant contempt proceedings if the amount, as aforesaid, is not credited in her account within the aforesaid period.
