Affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Ram Swaroop, the learned State counsel in the Court today is taken on record.

Based upon the aforesaid affidavit, it is stated by Sri Ram Swaroop, the learned State counsel that the case of the applicant was to be decided in terms of order of this Court, in issue, dated 22.05.2024 passed in Matters Under Article 227 No. 2529 of 2024, which has been decided by and therefore the instant contempt application/petition is liable to be dismissed having become infructuous.

Taking note of the aforesaid, the instant contempt application/petition stands dismissed . It is however with liberty to the applicants to avail appropriate remedy as available under the law, if so aggrieved.
