This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant, Amit Singh. His first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.10.2025.

Heard Mr. Vineet Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, and learned A.G.A. for the State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he made efforts to serve a copy of the bail application upon the counsel representing the N.C.B.; however, despite best efforts, the same could not be served. It is submitted that the copy of the bail application shall also be sent through registered post.

It has further been informed at the Bar that Mr. Ashish Pandey, who usually appears on behalf of the N.C.B., is presently unwell and has not been attending Court, though some counsel from his office is attending to his matters.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to inform the office of Sri Ashish Pandey about the next date fixed in the matter and also to serve a copy of the bail application at his office.

It is further submitted that Ms. Vijeta Srivastava, learned counsel, is appearing in matters on behalf of Mr. Ashish Pandey. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to serve a copy of the bail application upon Ms.
