Sri Ashish Pandey, the Learned counsel for the N.C.B. submits that he may be granted a week's time to obtain necessary instructions in the matter with respect to the criminal history of the applicant and bring on record the present status of the investigation on the record.

As the matter involves commercial quantity of the contraband, I deem it appropriate to grant two weeks' time to the Learned counsel for the N.C.B. to file a counter affidavit in the matter. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
