आवेदक के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता, प्रथम सूचनाकतार् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता एवं िवद्वान अपर शासकीय अिधवक्ता सुना तथा पत्रावली का अवलोकन िकया।

िवद्वान अपर शासकीय अिधवक्ता द्वारा कथन िकया गया िक आवेदक के िवरुद्ध आरोप है िक आवेदक ने डरा-धमकाकर जबरदस्ती पीिड़ता के साथ यौन संबंध स्थािपत िकए तथा ऐसे संबंध के कारण पीिड़ता गभर्वती हो गई है।।
