Prosecution alleges that on 10.3.2025 at about 10.30 p.m. the informant, while going from Dayal crossing to Bara bridge crossing, was dragged into a rented house by named accused persons and beaten with intent to kill with hockey danda and sharp edged weapons; the applicant is specifically alleged to have stabbed the informant multiple times with a knife, causing injuries on neck, head and abdomen. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record.

2. It is alleged in the prosecution case that the informant on 10.3.2025 at about 10.30p.m. while was going from Dayal crossing to Bara bridge crossing, the named accused persons along with one unknown dragged the informant inside the rented house and have beaten him with an intent to kill with hockey danda as well as sharp edged weapone. It is also alleged that the present applicant Govind Gupta has attacked the nformant injured by knife on multiple times, due to which he has suffered injuries on neck, head and on abdomen.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is falsely implicated. The injured was having an affair with the sister of the coaccused Saurabh Thakur, due to that, his name has been taken by the injured as he happens to be friend of Saurabh Thakur. In the video footage, he is not seen committing the crime. The applicant who is a student has no criminal history. The applicant is in jail since 24.3.2025.

4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that the statement of the injured and the injury report corroborates the prosecution case. Video recording also alleged complicity of the applicant.
