The present application has been filed by the accused-applicant seeking bail in DRI Case Crime No.11 of 2025 under Section 8/20/23 and Section 28 NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station DRI (Lucknow Zonal Unit), District Lucknow.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application. However, no cogent ground for withdrawal of the application has been assigned by him as to why he intends to withdraw the same.

Upon a query being made by this Court, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is untrained and has not joined the chamber of any Senior Advocate or any other Advocate practicing before the High Court.

Perusal of the record shows that the bail application appears to have been filed on 09.12.2025. The accused-applicant has been languishing in jail since 07.10.2025.
