Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed with following prayers:-

"I. To direct the Learned Fast Track Court (Junior Division), District- Sultanpur to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1707 of 2017 (State Vs. Sanjay Yadav and Others), Pending Before the Learned Fast Track Court (Junior Division), District Sultanpur, Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act, in Case Crime No. 301/2015, P.S. Lambhua, District-Sultanpur on a day-to-day basis, till the conclusion of case.

II. Any other and further relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted."

Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2015 and the applicants are suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings in Case Crime No. 301/2015 Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act P.S. Lambhua, District-Sultanpur, within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Case Crime No. 301/2015 Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act P.S. Lambhua, District-Sultanpur,, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued in this regard.
