The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.(528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS)) has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.9169 of 2020 (State vs. Ankit Singh and Others), under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 452, 188, 269, 308 I.P.C. pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Sultanpur and the chargesheet No.1 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 arising out of Case Crime No.189 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 452, 188, 269, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Lucknow.
