1 . Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and learned Counsel for the opposite party.

2 . Both the parties agree that there are strong possibility of amicable settlement in between the parties.

3 . As the parties are residing at Bangaluru, Karnataka, it would be convenient to the parties to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation forum functioning with the High Court of Karnataka and try to resolve their disputes amicably.

4 . The Mediation and Conciliation forum working with the High Court of Karnataka is requested to entertain the plea of settlement inter se between the parties and if possible, sent a report within three months.

5 . Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Forum on 28.01.2026.

6 . The Senior Registrar of this Court is directed communicate this order to the Registrar, High Court of Karnataka with a request to place the matter before the Mediation Forum to endavour for settlement.

7 . List this matter after three months.

8 . The parties shall file an affidavit disclosing the status of the mediation on or before the date fixed.
