Anju and Others, U/S 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 2 - Additional Magstrate 1st, Ayodhya, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
