1. Heard Sri Nirmit Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

1. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to learned Additional District Judge-I, Lucknow to expedite the hearing of application for condonation of delay in filing Miscellaneous Civil Appeal against rejection of temporary injunction order but instead of advancing submission on the merit of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties belong to one family, they are residing in different portion of the same house and there is a possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between them through the process of mediation.
