Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Seema Dixit, the learned Standing Counsel.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge Hawali (Jr. Div.), Lucknow for expeditious disposal of the temporary injunction application filed in Civil Suit No. 2137/2025 (Servesh Kumar v. Tribhuwan Yadav & Ors.).

The aforesaid suit was filed by the petitioner on 02.08.2025 against four defendants and all the defendants have not yet been served with the summons of the suit and notice of the application for temporary injunction.

4.In these circumstances, no direction can be issued for expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction at this stage.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off leaving it open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application for early disposal of the temporary injunction application before the trial court itself after service is affected on all the defendants.
