यािचकाकतार् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता श्री केशव प्रसाद मौयार् को सुना तथा पत्रावली का अवलोकन िकया।

भारतीय संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 227 के अंतगर्त प्रस्तुत इस यािचका द्वारा यािचकाकतार् ने िसिवल जज (प्रवर खण्ड), कक्ष संख्या 41, लखनऊ को मूल वाद संख्या 1598 सन 2025 (राजेश िसह बनाम धनंजय िसह व अन्य) में लंिबत अस्थायी िनषेधाज्ञा प्राथर्ना-पत्र (6ग) के शीघ्र िनस्तारण का िनदेर्श िदये जाने का अनुरोध िकया है।

उपरोक्त मूल वाद यािचकाकतार् ने घोषणा एवं स्थायी िनषेधाज्ञा हेतु िदनांक 17.05.2025 को प्रस्तुत िकया। प्रितवादीगण को रिजस्ट्री के माध्यम से भेजी गयी नोिटस िदनांक 17.06.2025 को प्राप्त हो गयी। िदनांक 12.01.2026 को िवचारण न्यायालय ने प्रितवादीगण को नोिटस प्रािप्त का संतोष भी आदेश में अंिकत कर िदया।
