This application has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside/quashing the impugned order dated 16.12.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.-01, Bulandshahar passed in Criminal Revision No. 64 of 2025 and order dated 07.11.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 04, Bulandshahar in Complaint Case No. 730 of 2023 (Sheela Sharma Vs. Gaurav Sharma), under Section 143-A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been subjected to deposit 20 % of Rs. 15,00,000/- being the cheque amount under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the aforesaid matter was subject matter of challenge in the revisional proceedings, however, revision has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the trial court without recording the specific finding and without considering the objections, more particularly, the objection that the cheque were never signed by the petitioner has subjected to direct deposit of 20% of the cheque amount which is grossly illegal.
