Petitioner Savitri Devi challenged (i) the ex parte interim order dated 01.07.2022 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) First, Ayodhya in Original Case No. 434/2022, Ram Murat Vs. Savitri Devi & others, Under Order 7 Rule 1, and (ii) sought a direction for early decision of her objection application dated 21.02.2023 pending in that case. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

The present petition has been filed for the following main prayers:-

"i Issue a suitable order or direction thereby set-aside the ex. parte interim order dated 01.07.2022 passed by Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) First, Ayodhya in Original Case No. 434/2022, Ram Murat Vs. Savitri Devi & others, Under Order 7 Rule 1, in the interest of justice. Which is contained as Annexure No. 2 to this petition.

ii. Issue a suitable order or direction to the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) First Ayodhya to decide the objection application dated 21.02.2023 filed in Original Case No. 434/2022, Ram Murat Vs. Savitri Devi & others, Under Order 7 Rule 1, in the interest of justice ."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he does not want to press the prayer no.1.

Accordingly, this petition for prayer no.1 is dismissed as not pressed .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that objection filed in Case No.434 of 2022; Ram Murat vs. Savitri Devi and others is pending consideration since 21.02.2023. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
