This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

"(i). To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to compensate the petitioner in respect of gata no.152 area 0.013 Hectare situated at village Balhraulee Tehsil, Mohanlalganj, district, Lucknow, in the interest of justice ;

(ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to vacate the possessed land of the petitioner's gata no. 152 area 0.013 hectare situated at village Balhraulee Tehsil, Mohanlalganj, district, Lucknow and thereby restore the possession of the petitioner over the property in question, in the interest of justice."
