In view of the fact that there is no allotment letter on record and the right of the petitioner over the land is prima facie not established, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh annexing the allotment letter in favour of the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for.
