Let the petitioner place before this Court the relevant statutory provision under which, for execution of a decree passed by the Civil Court, the decree holder can straightaway approach the Police, deposit the required money to meet the expenses of the Police personnel and get the decree executed, without taking recourse to execution proceedings under Order XXI C.P.C., especially when, the decree is of 1993 and the limitation for getting it executed is 12 years under the Limitation Act, 1963.
