1. This Court on 21.04.2025 passed the following order:-

"1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent nos. 1 and 2, Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3, Sri Saurabh Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5.

2. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that due to mistake committed by the respondent no. 2, the part of the order passed by this Court in FAFO No. 2423 of 2013 dated 09.09.2013 was not complied with. By which a direction was given to him to invest the remaining half of the amount in interest bearing account in a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year, renewable for further similar periods.

3. It is argued by the counsel for the respondent no. 5 that as per the procedure prescribed in law, the entire amount as per the award dated 18.06.2013 was deposited by them well within time but for the reasons best known to the then respondent no. 2, the 50% of the aforesaid amount as per the directions dated 09.09.2013 passed by this Court was not invested in the interest bearing account. It is further stated in the writ petition that after the aforesaid FAFO was dismissed on merits, an application was submitted by the petitioner on 09.12.2023 before the respondent no. 2 to release the amount deposited in the Bank as per the order dated 09.09.2013.
