The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 1/1999 (Rajendra and others Vs. Ram Phal and others) and Case No. 2/1999 (Ram Phal and others Vs. Baldeo and others), within a specified period, as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

A perusal of the record shows that the aforesaid case has already been directed to be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months by the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 29307 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is also an allottee of the surplus land and he had not filed the aforesaid writ petition.

Be that as it may, once this Court has already expedited hearing of Case No. 1/1999 and 2/1999 pending before the respondent no. 2, no further direction is required.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of.
