Heard Shri Amit Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms. Shruti Malvia, learned brief holder appearing for the State-respondents.

By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have questioned the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for delivery of possession of secured assets in favour of the secured creditor.

Ms. Shruti Malvia, learned brief holder appearing for the Staterespondents submits that petitioners have an alternative efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 if the measures have been adopted under Section 13 of the said Act.

In view of above, we decline to grant indulgence in the matter, however, liberty rests with the petitioners to pursue their application already filed under Section 13 of the said Act.

Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records.
