The instant writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:

"(i) to issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue Adhar Card of petitioner by correcting his name, father's name, date of birth and his residence.

(ii) to issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 23.09.2025 of petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
