Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-University.

The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :-

" A. Issue a writ order in the nature of Mandamus to direct the Respondent University to declare the third years' marksheets and the degree of Bachelors of law of the petitioner. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was practising Advocate and have passed the LL.B Examination from the respondent-University in the year 2000. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the present case the dispute is with regard to the third year marksheet and the degree of Bachelor of Laws issued by the respondent-University as the verification was being made by the Bar Council of Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the matter is engaging attention of the University and till date no order has been passed as a result of the same the license of the petitioner has been suspended.

Learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that the issue with regard to third year marksheet and the degree of Bachelor of Laws of the petitioner would be decided by the respondent no. 3 in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondent-University further submits that the second and third year marksheet have been sent to a committee for examination.

In view of the aforesaid, respondent no. 3 would decide the issue with regard to the third year and second year marksheet and degree of Bachelor of Laws of the petitioner within a period of forty five days from the date of production of certified copy of this

order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
