1. Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the relief claimed in the petition before the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Authority (in short,'RERA').

2. The petition is disposed of with a request that if such a complaint is filed before the RERA within one week along with the application for interim relief, the RERA shall consider the said application within further period of one week and take decision on the interim application.
