2. Present writ petition has been filed for following relief:

"(i) To, issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 26.08.2025 and 27.09.2025 (Annexure No. 2 and 4 to the writ petition) accordance with law within stipulated period.

(ii) To, issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.2 take necessary action against the respondent no. 3,4,5 and contractors who have misappropriated the government funds which came to the construction of the railway over bridge as well as Ballia Roadways Bus Station in the interest of justice."
