Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

2. The present writ petition has been filed with following prayer:

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the State Respondents to evict the respondent no, 6, from the petitioner's house, village Balua Bujurg, Tappa Pachissi, Pargana- Bhauwapur, Tehsil- Bansgawn, Police Station- Bansgawn District- Gorakhpur, being Khata no. 100, Gata no. 153Ga/0.040 Hectare, of 1/2 part.

II. Issue a writ, of mandamus directing respondent authorities, to hand it over the law full possession, house of the petitioners.

III. Issue a writ, of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 3, to consider the claim of the petitioners and decide the application dated 02.09.2025 and 08.09.2025, pending before the respondent authorities."

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek such other remedy available under law.

The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
