In compliance to the earlier direction passed by coordinate Bench of this Court, entire documents have already been verified and the same has been provided through instructions received by learned Standing Counsel for the State, copy of the instructions through which documents have been verified, is taken on record.

By bare perusal of the verification report, it is crystal clear that nothing facts have been concealed and the entire information whatsoever has been provided through the instant petition are verified by concerned police officials and the same has been forwarded with remarks by the S.S.P., Bulandshahar.

Sri Anurag Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that marriage has already been solemnized between the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, who belongs to different section of the society and as such there is ample threat of some mishappening which has been already threatened by relatives of petitioner no. 1.

Considering the present scenario of the society, which is still hesitating to accept marriages performed between different section/caste/creed of society, although it is not permissible in the eye of law but at the same time, the same has to be duly protected being the ill-will of the society which is gradually weakened by the majority of people who are illiterate and not carrying the same mentality as certain small section of the society is still against the same.

For protecting the couple who are petitioner nos. 1 and 2 in the instant petition, be protected for sometime till the matter be settled between the family members of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and as such the S.S.P., Bulandshahar is hereby directed to ensure protection of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 by way of extending police protection in shape of one lady constable along with one male head constable

equipped with small arms which may be hidden inside the cladding at the time of protecting the petitioners.

The protection as directed be provided immediately after appearance of the petitioners before the Office of the S.S.P., Bulandshahar in person along with certified copy of this order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that minimum three days time be extended in favour of the petitioners for putting their appearance before the Office of S.S.P., Bulandshahar and the same is hereby allowed.

In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances, the direction be complied with by the S.S.P., Bulandshahar in consonance with the orders as made above.

Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon the S.S.P., Bulandshahar within 24 hours.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

However, it is made clear that the S.S.P., Bulandshahar will be at liberty to review the extension of protection every after three months and modify the same if required by way of giving reasoning.
