Mr. Rajiv Malviya, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is widow, parent and senior citizen. Private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are her married son and his wife. They are causing her distress. There be direction upon the administration to render her assistance and relief under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and Uttar Pradesh Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2014.

On query Mr. Malviya submits, his client is residing with two other sons and a daughter, all unmarried. Mr. Ashim Mukharji, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State submits, petitioner has executed a document disinheriting private respondent no. 4.
