1. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents not to offer or pay compensation to the land owner of the petitioner's tenancy premises without acquiring the land of the land owner after invoking the power under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short "Act, 2013") and for a further direction to respondents to recover the compensation paid, if any.
