The petitioner, Bittan, claimed that the petitioner's claim under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Avam Sarvhit Bima Yojna had been decided in the petitioner's favour by the District Level Committee on 28.06.2019, but the compensation amount had not been paid by respondent no. 3, the Insurance Company. This Court on 15.11.2025 has passed following order:

"1. Vakalatnama filed by Sri Komal Mehrotra, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.3 today is taken on record.

2. The case of the petitioner is that her claim under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Avam Sarvhit Bima Yojna has been decided in her favour by the District Level Committee way back on 28.06.2019 but the compensation amount has not been paid by Insurance Company i.e. respondent No.3, herein, so far.

3. We require respondent No.3 to pay compensation amount to the petitioner within three weeks or show cause by filing affidavit of a responsible officer.

4. Sri Komal Mehrotra, Advocate, who has appeared on behalf of respondent No.3 will communicate the instant order to the said respondent.

5. List on 10.12.2025, as fresh."

Sri Komal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that the respondent no. 3 is to comply the directions of this Court as contained under its order dated 15.11.2025, provided petitioner gets his KYC updated.

In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to appear on or before 16.12.2025 before the respondent no. 3.
