The court directs the Standing Counsel to verify the authenticity of documents annexed to the writ petition, including verification of Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Marksheet, confirmation of marriage under Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act and legal age of parties, whether police received any threat application, and verification of marriage certificate from the Purohit and certificate issuing authority. The concerned SHO shall submit the verification report after obtaining approval from the SSP before the next date of hearing. ¶8
