Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a complainant and made a complaint on 14.08.2025 supported by an affidavit against the respondent No.4/Smt. Nisha Devi, Village Pradhan, Gram Panchayat-Alampur, Post Office-Turana, Tehsil-Saidpur, District Ghazipur before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Ghazipur for the irregularities committed by them. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decisis has been taken in the matter.

On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously.

4.Heard learned cousnel for the parties and perused the record.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Ghazipur to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
