Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the prayer to direct the respondentDistrict Magistrate to produce before this Hon'ble Court agenda register and meeting register of Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha Amiliya, Vikas Khand Phoolpur, District Prayagraj since 2021 till date.

It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard, petitioner has submitted an application dated 29.09.2025 before the respondent no.7-Secretary, Gram Panchayhat Amiliya, Vikas Khand Phoolpur, District Prayagraj.

As per Rule-5 of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act,1947, the respondent no.7Secretary, Gram Panchayhat Amiliya, Vikas Khand Phoolpur, District Prayagraj is duty bound to provide the documents to the petitioner.

5.It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though considerable time has already been elapsed but till date documents as demanded by the petitioner, has not been provided by the respondent no.7.

8.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the rspondent-7/Secretary, Gram Panchayhat Amiliya, Vikas Khand Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to pass appropriate order on the application of petitioner dated 29.09.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order unless there is no legal impediment.
