Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents- State.

The only prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondents no.3 to 5 to incorporate the names of the petitioner and his family members in the Family Register on the application submitted by him dated 07.08.2025, copy of which is appended as annexure-2 to the writ petition.

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a remarks were made by the authorities to do the needful but till date no decision has been taken on the same.

On the other hand it is stated by learned Standing Counsel that necessary decision will be taken in the matter by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kerakat, District Jaunpur expeditiously.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
