This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

"I. Issue a direction to the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Atrauli, District Aligarh to dispose of Suit No. 7776 of 2023 (Ramvir Singh Vs. Raghuvir Singh and 6 others), under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months or within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

It is contended that the proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, which are registered as Suit No. 7776 of 2023 (Ramvir Singh Vs. Raghuvir Singh and 6 others). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case.
