This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"A. Issue appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent. no.2 to decide the case no. 6812 of 2024 (computerized case no. T202402030206812), Jaikalli and another versus Bhullan and Others, under section 116 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the ends. of justice."

It is contended that partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration which is registered as Case No.6812 of 2024 (computerized case no. T202402030206812). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, Prayagraj to decide the Case No.6812 of 2024 (computerized case no. T202402030206812) filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
