Heard Sri Ram Mohan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Pradeep Kumar Sahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction for consideration of his representation dated 18.08.2025 on merits.

It transpires from the record and as has been argued by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner is basically aggrieved against the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate passed in purported exercise of power under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is an appealable order.

In view of the above, we decline to grant indulgence in the matter. However, petitioner is at liberty to file appeal under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if so advised.

With the aforesaid observations this petition stands consigned to records.
