1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus/Commanding/ Directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to take the appropriate decision on the applications dated 12.12.2023,25.5.2024 and 25.4.2025 of the petitioner which has been filed Under Section 24 U.P.Revenue Code 2006 with regard to Bhumidhari Land bearing Arazi No.89 Rakba 2.9460 Hectare at Situated in Village Rahkala, TappaUproudh, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Marihan, District Mirzapur (Annexure No. 4 to this writ petition) within stipulated period may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court,"

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before revenue authorities. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon officer concerned to conclude the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
