The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for the following relief:-

" i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Inspector of Schools to decide the objections filed by the petitioners dated 12.8.2025 and 13.8.2025 against the elections held on 10.8.2025. "

Sri R. K. Ojha, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 apprise the Court that election has already been held and the Committee of Management has already been recognized by the District Inspector of Schools, Saharanpur.

At this juncture, Sri V. K. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Anil Kumar Shukla, appearing on behalf of petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to approach the Regional Level Committee as nothing left for further adjudication in the instant matter.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Respondent No.2 Regional Level Committee, Saharanpur, Mandal Saharanpur.
